1 cm tear and 2 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner, additional creasing and a couple of extremely tiny tears also on the left of the top edge, 1 cm tear and several 1 cm white crease lines on the bottom edge along with some additional minor creasing (mostly on the right), three tiny white surface creases near the center of the right edge, otherwise good.
