CONDITION :
The surface is a little wavy around the top of the right vertical fold line indicating it may have been stored in slightly damp conditions (no staining), extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge, 8 to 10 tiny pinholes near every corner, extremely mild fold wear (note there are three horizontal fold lines), otherwise very good!
