2 cm tear and a small tear near the top of the right edge plus there is a small pinhole tear also near the top of the right edge (all of these have been taped up from the back), small pinhole tear near the top of the left edge (has been taped up from the back), extremely mild edge wear on the right edge, extremely mild fold wear, Otherwise Very Good.
