A little blu-tac grease/residue near every corner, small tear and approximately three tiny tears on the top edge along with mild creasing, tiny tear and very mild creasing on the left edge, three tiny tears and several small white crease marks on the bottom edge, fold wear (white stress marks on the fold lines), additional small light surface creases along the bottom, otherwise good.
