CONDITION :

Two 5x3cm patches on the back of the card where tape has been removed taking the surface layer of paper with it (top and bottom center), small brown stain on the bottom edge (left), small dark line in the bottom border (near right corner), 2 pinholes in the top border (near right corner), 3 pinholes in the top left corner of the actual picture, small edge tear on the bottom edge (right), grubby marks in the right border and on the uniform of the officer on the right, two tiny edge tears and brown staining on the tip of the top edge, Otherwise Good.
