Small patch of yellow print in the top border near the left corner, three very faint tape adhesive stains along both the top and bottom edges (near corners and the center of the edges), light surface creasing between the left and right fold intersections across to both side edges, light creasing around the bottom of all three vertical fold lines, extremely mild fold wear, Otherwise Excellent! Nice vibrant artwork!
