Extremely mild edge wear at the top of the right vertical fold line, extremely mild fold wear (stress marks around the fold intersections and on a couple of the fold lines), yellowing to the back of the fold lines and edges (not noticeable on front), the left and right vertical fold lines aren’t evenly spaced from the center, otherwise very good.
