CONDITION :

1 cm tear and three smaller tears on the bottom edge along with mild creasing, small crease across the bottom right corner, small tear at the top of the left vertical fold line, very mild creasing on the left edge, small Velcro pad on the back of every corner (these have creased the surface a little), mild fold wear including a small wear hole at the left fold intersection plus a couple of small tears across the center horizontal fold, additional creasing around the top half of the left vertical fold and the bottom half of the right vertical fold where they have been folded slightly out of alignment, small sticker on the back of the poster and the backs of the fold lines have yellowed slightly (only noticeable on the front if the poster is held up to the light / backlit), otherwise good.
