Two pinholes one of which has torn through the top edge (left), three tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the top edge, small edge tear with a little surrounding creasing on the right edge, tiny edge tear on the bottom edge, a few light surface creases just to the left of the title area and above the “Ian Bannen” credit, Otherwise Very Good.
