Small tear and extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge (a little dark print has transferred onto the area around the tear), a couple of tiny creases on the top edge, small patch of dark print around the top right corner, a couple of small spots of dark print near the top left corner, some light vertical roll creases near the left edge, otherwise very good!
