CONDITION :

Two tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, tiny edge tear on the right edge, light crease and a small grubby mark on each corner, 7cm black print error line from the right edge to the “X”, grubby mark near the top right corner and another near the top of the right vertical fold line (possibly fingerprints), 1cm edge tear and mild / moderate creasing on the top edge, additional fold lines where it has been folded a little out of alignment, very mild creasing on the fold lines, Otherwise Very Good.
