CONDITION :
Storage wear to the folder including creasing to the spine, corners and edges along with scuffing throughout the cover and a small spot of liquid staining near the bottom of the spine, small tear through the left edge of the back cover of the folder, very light creasing to the bottom edge of the synopsis sheet, everything else is excellent.
