Extremely mild creasing/edge wear on the top edge, small crease across the tip of the left corners, the surface is lightly creased/wrinkled throughout, mild fold wear including a tiny wear hole at the left fold intersection and a couple of tiny separations through the left vertical fold line along with white stress marks on all folds, otherwise very good.
