Very mild creasing on the top edge, three small tears and mild creasing at the left of the bottom edge, tiny tear and a 1 cm tear on the left edge, a little blu-tac residue near every corner and the center of every edge and also near the top of the right vertical fold line, three pinholes near the top left corner, light creasing around the left fold intersection, otherwise very good.
