Extremely mild creasing on the bottom edge (near right corner), a couple of fine dark print streaks near the top left corner along with a very faint fingermark, small patch of dark print near the top right corner, extremely mild fold wear (creasing around the intersections and some light stress marks on some the fold lines), otherwise very good!
