CONDITION :
1 cm tear and a couple of tiny tears on the top edge along with mild creasing, small grubby mark across the tip of the top right corner, 1 cm tear and a small piece torn from the center of the right edge, a couple of extremely tiny tears and very mild creasing on the bottom edge, a few speckles of black print along the bottom edge, some light surface creasing near the side edges, otherwise good.
