CONDITION :
6 cm tear along the left edge of the center horizontal fold line, extremely mild edge wear on the bottom edge, a couple of extremely tiny tears on the right edge, very light creasing along the top, surface is a little wavy near the right edge indicating it may have become a little damp at some point (no apparent staining though), very mild fold wear, a little surface creasing between some of the fold intersections, “12” certificate is a sticker, very light horizontal crease near the left edge (top to bottom), Otherwise Very Good.
