CONDITION :

5 cm diagonal crease across the top left corner, extremely mild creasing on the top and right edges, small crease at the top of the left edge, two additional horizontal fold lines making a total of three (the additional ones are not particularly straight), some very light surface creasing throughout, mild fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines and additional creasing around a couple of the fold intersections), faint speckles of damp on the back of one of the fold segments (not noticeable on front), otherwise good.
