Two tiny edge tears on the bottom edge, very mild edge wear, 2cm circular tear near the bottom left corner (the back of this area has a layer of paper torn away causing paper thinning due to blu-tac removal), 2 pinholes near each corner, some fold wear (stress marks on the fold lines plus a small wear hole at the center fold intersection), a little blue-tac residue on the back of the corners, Otherwise Very Good.
