Approx 8 small edge tears and a small amount of edge wear on the left edge (top half), Several small brown damp spots on the left edge (top half) and a couple on the other edges, 3cm tear at the center of the right vertical fold line with a tiny tear just right of it, light duplicate vertical fold lines either side of the right vertical fold line, small black print spot near the top left corner, very mild fold wear, Otherwise Very Good!!
