8 cm tear from the bottom edge upwards (left of center), 1 cm tear along with three smaller tears and mild creasing also on the bottom edge, two tiny tears and very mild creasing at the bottom of the right edge, approximately four tiny white surface creases near the bottom edge, very faint 3 cm crease through the last A in ASHA near the top center and a smaller crease to the right of it, otherwise good.
