Three tiny tears and extremely mild creasing on the top edge, two 1 cm tears and four smaller tears along with mild creasing on the right edge, mild creasing on the bottom edge (mostly near right corner), 1 cm tear on the left edge, tiny white surface crease just above the bottom center, otherwise very good.
