Extremely tiny tear and a tiny crease on the top edge, 1 cm tear on the right edge (has a little tape on the back), extremely mild edge wear on the bottom edge, approximately four light surface creases near the left edge, approximately ten small white surface creases within and around the last three letters of title, otherwise very good.
