CONDITION :

Storage wear to the folder including creasing around the edges spine and corners along with a 2 cm tear through the bottom edge and some scuffing and indentation marks on the front cover, a price has been written on the back of the folder and there is a 1 cm tear near the bottom of the back right edge, very light creasing around the edges of the synopsis sheet with a tiny indentation near the top left corner, everything else is excellent.
