CONDITION :

Mild creasing on the top edge with a couple of tiny patches of print loss, three tiny edge tears and mild creasing on the bottom edge, several small white surface creases near the left edge, patch of small white surface creases between the right edge and the bottom of the house, a few light surface creases across the center of the poster, otherwise good.
